About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: Vercel is seeking a Presentation Designer to own presentation design end to end and help make every deck, from an intimate strategy meeting to a high-profile main-stage keynote, a sharp and compelling reflection of our brand and story. Presentations are one of the highest-leverage surfaces at Vercel. They are where executives communicate strategy, where product teams tell their stories, and where the company shows up in front of customers, partners, and the press. This role will own the full lifecycle of presentation design, from initial concept through storytelling, visual design, presentation systems, and final delivery across PowerPoint, Figma, Keynote, and Google Slides. Beyond designing individual presentations, this person will help build the systems, templates, components, guidelines, and workflows that allow presentation design to scale across Vercel. They may also partner with our Design Engineering team to explore and build internal tools that make it easier for teams to create high-quality, on-brand decks efficiently. You'll work closely with our Creative/Brand, Executive, Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Design Engineering teams to turn complex technical concepts into visual narratives that resonate with any audience and raise the bar for presentation design across the company. This role is ideal for a designer who thinks about narrative and hierarchy as much as pixels, can balance high-touch creative work with scalable systems thinking, and knows how to build trust while working directly with senior executives under tight timelines. You'll report to the Director of Creative Design within our Creative/Brand team and will be based in San Francisco or New York City. What You Will Do: Own presentation design strategy and execution end to end, leading projects from initial concept through final delivery while staying aligned with objectives, timelines, and brand guidelines. Design visually compelling presentations that combine storytelling, information design, and data visualization to communicate key messages clearly and memorably. Build and maintain a cohesive presentation design system, including templates, components, layouts, motion principles, documentation, and usage guidelines. Develop scalable, branded presentation frameworks across Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, and Keynote so teams can move quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency. Partner with Design Engineering to explore, prototype, and potentially build internal tools that improve how presentations are created, maintained, and scaled across the company. Establish workflows and governance for presentation assets, making it easy to distribute updates, maintain consistency, and evolve the system alongside the Vercel brand. Identify repetitive presentation-design tasks and create systems, automation, or tooling that reduce manual work and improve quality at scale. Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across all presentation materials, ensuring every deck reflects Vercel's brand. Partner directly with executives and speakers to tailor narratives and visuals to their individual voice, style, audience, and presentation needs. Integrate multimedia, including animation, video, and interactive elements, to maximize audience engagement during high-stakes moments. Translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging visuals, researching topics deeply enough to identify the simplest and most compelling way to explain them. Iterate quickly on feedback from executives and cross-functional partners, delivering polished, presentation-ready materials under deadline pressure. Support Vercel's highest-visibility moments, including product launches, corporate events, customer presentations, and executive keynotes, with design that performs on the main stage. About You: 4+ years of experience in visual communication, presentation design, brand design, or multimedia design. Expert proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Figma Slides. Strong understanding of presentation systems, including templates, reusable components, master layouts, documentation, and asset governance. Experience building and maintaining scalable, on-brand self-service templates for use by teams with different levels of design expertise. A systems-oriented mindset and an interest in improving creative workflows through tooling, automation, and close collaboration with engineers. Experience partnering with design engineers or developers to prototype or build internal creative tools is highly valued. Experience incorporating multimedia elements such as audio, video, animation, and interactive content. Experience developing visual narratives for B2B SaaS, developer tools, technical products, or services. Ability to research and precisely translate complex information into clear and compelling visual narratives. Adept at customizing presentations to align with different speakers, audiences, formats, and themes. Proven track record of designing high-impact presentations for main-stage corporate events as well as smaller executive, strategic, and customer-facing meetings. Experience collaborating effectively with C-suite executives and senior leaders on presentation projects. Portfolio demonstrating a range of presentation work across different formats, themes, audiences, and levels of visibility. Evidence of strong project management from initial concept through final delivery. Track record of maintaining brand integrity across a broad presentation ecosystem. Bonus If You: You have motion design or motion graphics skills. You have experience building plugins, prototypes, automation, or internal creative tools. You understand front-end development or have experience collaborating closely with Design Engineering teams. You are comfortable flexing into smaller brand and visual-design projects when time allows. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the role: Help shape a brand that moves as fast as the platform it represents. As a Brand Designer on Vercel's Core team, you'll help evolve the foundational visual language of a brand trusted by the most ambitious builders in the world. You'll create systems, experiences, and defining brand moments that are instantly recognizable, creatively ambitious, and built to scale. This is not a purely static design role. You'll work across brand systems, digital experiences, product launches, social, motion, print, events, environments, and the occasional piece of swag. We're looking for someone who can design, prototype, and use AI-assisted code to bring brand ideas to life. You're a tinkerer, a visual strategist, and a creative explorer. You create clarity from complexity and actively use AI throughout your workflow to design, prototype, automate, experiment, and write code. You push the work until it's sharp, then ship. This is craft at speed. It's a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who sweats the details, thinks in systems, and knows when to veer left for a one-off moment that makes people stop scrolling. We move quickly. The bar is high. Your work ships. What you’ll do: Lead design across key brand moments — product launches, campaigns, events, internal initiatives, and moments not yet defined Evolve the foundational elements of Vercel's visual identity: typography, color, composition, iconography, imagery, motion, and product-brand expression Design across mediums, including web, motion, 3D, social, print, swag, and environments, choosing whatever format best serves the story Move fluidly between Figma and code — writing HTML/CSS/JS and using AI-assisted tools (v0, Cursor, Claude Code) — to prototype independently and explore new forms of brand expression Build and evolve a brand system that scales without going stale, translating it into tools, templates, and production-ready assets Work hands-on from concept through final production, including preparing files, specs, and assets for implementation Know when motion, 3D, code, or emerging technology meaningfully strengthens an idea — and when a simpler execution serves better Establish a shared visual language across product, marketing, and internal comms — flexible enough to scale from everyday use to major brand moments Partner with design engineers to polish prototypes into high-quality digital experiences Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product design, and leadership to align on strategy and ship cohesive work Direct and collaborate with external specialists — studios, freelancers, photographers, illustrators, printers, fabricators — when execution extends beyond your own craft Present and defend creative decisions, connecting visual choices to brand, product, audience, and business goals About you: 5+ years in brand, marketing, or visual design — ideally at a SaaS, developer tools, or fast-growing tech company A portfolio showing exceptional taste, systems thinking, and execution across mediums — not just polished final images, but how you think, build systems, collaborate, navigate constraints, and get work into production Exceptional typography and layout skills, with obsessive attention to spacing, hierarchy, rhythm, proportion, and alignment Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand systems, composition, motion, and digital experiences You use AI throughout your process — visual exploration, prototyping, production, automation, and writing front-end code — not just to generate imagery or concepts, but to write, understand, debug, and iterate on code Comfortable with tools like v0, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding environments to build working prototypes Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to refine AI-generated code to a high visual and interaction standard You don't need to be a full-time engineer, but you're technically curious, comfortable in code, and capable of shipping functional prototypes You think beyond static files and enjoy bringing ideas to life as real, interactive experiences Strong production knowledge across digital and physical formats — responsive design, asset delivery, print prep, environmental graphics, vendor production Comfortable moving between conceptual thinking, detailed execution, prototyping, and production Benefits & Compensation: Competitive compensation package, including equity. About the Role: As an Account Executive on the Commercial Scaled Install Base team, you will own a broad portfolio of existing Vercel customers and be responsible for both retaining and growing their business. You will manage a high-volume book of accounts, balancing renewals, customer engagement, pipeline generation, and expansion opportunities. You will learn to recognize which customers need immediate attention, which signals point to growth, and where proactive outreach can create new commercial opportunities. This is a true closing role. You will own revenue outcomes, run sales cycles, negotiate renewals and expansions, and build pipeline within your portfolio. You will also learn how to operate at scale, using customer data, automation, AI, and repeatable workflows to focus your effort where it can have the greatest impact. This role is an ideal next step for an emerging seller who is ready to move into full-cycle account ownership. You may have developed your skills in an SDR or BDR role, renewals, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing position. What matters most is that you are commercially driven, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of a number. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. What You Will Do: Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of existing Vercel customers. Manage the renewal process from early preparation through negotiation and close, protecting recurring revenue and identifying risk before it threatens the relationship. Build expansion pipeline by prospecting within existing accounts, reaching new stakeholders, developing champions, and uncovering new teams, applications, and workloads. Run discovery, demonstrations, commercial conversations, and negotiations across a range of renewal and expansion opportunities. Use customer signals, product usage, account data, and business context to prioritize the right action across a large portfolio. Re-engage customers with limited activity or unclear growth indicators and develop hypotheses for how Vercel can create additional value. Build relationships with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, procurement partners, and business stakeholders. Partner with Solutions Architects, Developer Support, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes. Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity details, forecasts, renewal timelines, and next steps in Vercel’s systems. Use automation, AI, and repeatable workflows to operate efficiently and deliver thoughtful customer engagement at scale. Share what you learn and help the team develop scalable plays for renewals, risk mitigation, customer re-engagement, and expansion. Develop the technical and commercial skills required to grow into increasingly complex accounts and sales opportunities. About You: We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step into full-cycle selling and account ownership. You might be a great fit if you have developed your skills through an SDR or BDR role, renewals, account management, customer success, sales, or another customer-facing position. In practice, this looks like someone who: Is motivated by owning a revenue target and being accountable for measurable outcomes. Has experience generating pipeline through thoughtful, personalized outreach. Can manage a high volume of accounts, priorities, and deadlines without losing attention to detail. Is comfortable initiating conversations, asking direct questions, and creating momentum where little currently exists. Learns complex technical products quickly and is curious about how modern web applications and AI products are built. Can connect customer needs to business value and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrates sound judgment about where to spend time and when to ask for support. Is organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing opportunities, renewals, forecasts, and follow-up. Is coachable and actively seeks feedback as a way to improve. Brings a team-first mindset, low ego, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. Acts proactively and does not wait to be told what needs attention. Is resilient, resourceful, and energized by working through accounts where the path to growth may not be immediately obvious. You do not need to arrive as an expert in Vercel or web infrastructure. You do need to be excited to learn, willing to go deep, and able to translate that learning into better customer conversations. Bonus If You: Have experience as an SDR or BDR in a technical, developer-focused, cloud, infrastructure, or product-led growth company. Have owned renewals, expansion opportunities, or a revenue target. Have experience progressing and closing smaller commercial opportunities. Have worked with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, or other technical buyers. Have experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo. Experiment with AI, automation, or self-built workflows to improve how you work. Aspire to grow into larger accounts, more complex sales cycles, or future leadership opportunities. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the role: We are looking for a Head of Solutions Architecture, EMEA to join our global Field Engineering organization. You will build and lead the technical sales organization behind our customer relationships across Europe, a region where some of the most ambitious web and AI products are being built on Vercel, Next.js, and our AI stack. The architecture decisions our Solutions Architects shape early, in the first review and the first migration plan, often determine how far a customer scales with us. You will lead the Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA, a team of Solutions Architects and the managers who lead them. You will set the bar for technical excellence across the deal cycle, coach the team through strategic accounts and critical deals, and step in yourself when it matters most: architecture reviews, migration plans, and high-stakes executive presentations. You will shape how Vercel wins in the region, turning patterns from the field into repeatable plays, adapting our motion to the realities of selling across European markets, and carrying what customers tell you back to our product and engineering teams so it shows up in the platform. You will drive org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting as you scale the team the region needs, partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts, and report directly to our Global VP of Field Engineering. This is a hybrid position based in our London or Berlin office, with three days per week onsite. What you will do: Lead, develop, and manage our team of pre and post-sales Solutions Architects across EMEA. Provide hands-on support for key accounts as needed (presentations, architecture reviews, migration plans). Oversee and coach Solutions Architects on strategic accounts and other engagements across segments. Partner with our engineering org to provide product feedback from the field. Develop repeatable plays from trends you are seeing across your team. Track and report SA performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership quarterly. Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and regional recruiting. About you: 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-sales roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure). Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment. Demonstrated success working with enterprise and commercial customers across diverse industries. Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks, etc). Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success. Bonus if you: Have hands-on experience building with Vercel, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks. Have led SA teams at a high-growth SaaS or cloud infrastructure company. Bring expertise in developer tooling, edge computing, or performance optimization. Are comfortable presenting at conferences, webinars, or large-scale customer events. Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. About Startups @Vercel: The Vercel Startups org exists to help founders navigate the shift to AI-native development with confidence. Startups move faster than ever—what used to take years now happens in days—and the decisions founders make early can either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. We partner with startups at the critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support starts to matter most. We’re a talent-dense team made up of former founders, engineers, and experienced go-to-market operators who bring firsthand experience building, scaling, and supporting modern software companies. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table, making architectural decisions, navigating tradeoffs, and scaling under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every customer interaction. We operate with a growth mindset and strong shared ownership. We dig deep to understand our customers, work closely across functions as one team, and find ways to win even when the path forward isn’t obvious. Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to push through hard problems are table stakes here. This is a team for people who want to operate with high trust, high agency, and high impact — alongside peers who care deeply about helping startups succeed. About The Role: You are an expert in Vercel, you have incredible pattern recognition, and are at the bleeding edge of the tech and tools defining how we live and work. In this role, you'll help startups unlock Vercel's full value from adoption through scaling—building relationships with founders and technical leaders who are making critical architectural decisions. You'll analyze usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, and guide teams as they adopt AI-native architectures. By leveraging automation and AI to maximize your impact, you'll help refine early plays into repeatable playbooks that scale across our startup portfolio. What You Will Do: Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders by quickly developing deep understanding of their architecture, use cases, and technical constraints Use customer signals and usage patterns to determine the right next play and focus time on the highest-leverage opportunities for adoption, expansion, or re-engagement Quarterback customers end-to-end, strategically deploying Sales Engineers, Developer Support Engineers, Product, and Support at the right moments to drive outcomes Own and grow a portfolio of startup customers by partnering with them as they move from early adoption to scale Partner with founders and developers as they adopt AI-native features and architectures, helping them understand how Vercel’s Frontend Cloud fits into a rapidly evolving developer ecosystem and supports new workloads, performance requirements, and scaling patterns Use automation, agents, and self-built workflows to operate at high leverage and focus time and energy on the most impactful customer work Operate comfortably in an evolving environment, helping refine early motions and turn what works into repeatable playbooks About You: We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and startup mindset . You might be a great fit if you’ve developed this skill set through a range of paths—whether as a builder, founder, engineer, or in a technical go-to-market role—and you bring strong judgment, ownership, and curiosity to how you work. In practice, this looks like someone who: Learns complex technical products quickly and enjoys reasoning about how modern web and AI-native applications are built and scaled Can speak comfortably with developers and founders, using their language and earning credibility through insight rather than titles Has strong sales acumen and experience owning revenue outcomes across a range of deal sizes and complexities Believes that the best revenue outcomes come from deeply successful customers, not transactional selling Brings a thoughtful, opinionated point of view on modern web infrastructure, frontend performance, and scaling tradeoffs Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping how a team and motion evolves from early to more structured Is energized by ownership, accountability, and helping customers make smart decisions What This Role Is Not: Not a pure Customer Success role focused on reactive support Not a transactional sales role detached from customer outcomes Not a highly scripted role with narrow ownership or predefined motions This role requires judgment, curiosity, and comfort operating across technical, strategic, and commercial dimensions. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, Austin or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Software Factory, a new product area that puts AI agents on every stage of the development loop — triaging an issue, planning it, writing the code, and checking the result — while keeping people on the judgment calls. Human time and human attention has become the bottleneck, and the opportunity is to move towards automation of continuous software maintenance and improvement. You will define how agents help fix bugs, implement features, improve performance, mitigate security issues, improve code quality, and increase test coverage. And define new dedicated surfaces for how to interact with factory agents. Shape the memory and context model that lets a factory accumulate real knowledge of a repository over time Work directly with design partners and Enterprise customers adopting factories against their own codebases About You: You've worked on developer tooling products, ideally CI/CD, code review, developer productivity, or AI coding tools You have deep hands-on experience with coding agents and a substantiated point of view on where they succeed and where they fail today You have the technical depth to reason about agent orchestration, evals, context management, and sandboxed execution You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted You have experience with products whose output is probabilistic, including defining acceptance bars and measuring quality over time You have experience working directly with design partners or Enterprise customers on adopting new engineering workflows Bonus If You: Have worked on multi-agent systems or agent orchestrators. About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel, Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid). Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called “Fluid compute”. Fluid changed what’s now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we’ve delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid is can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you'll decide where that platform goes next. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do: Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel's compute platform. Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic. Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files. About the Role: We are looking for a Global Head of Professional Services to build and lead Vercel's professional services organization, composed of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using Vercel's core platform, Next.js and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You will define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself. You will report directly to our Global Head of Field Engineering, and partner closely with GTM and Product Leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers' complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into our product roadmap. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin or New York, with 3 days per week required in office. What You Will Do: Build, lead, and develop the global Professional Services team, including hiring standards, training, career development, and compensation. Own delivery excellence for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization. Define clear handoff protocols between Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects and partners. Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements. Synthesize customer insights into product feedback for Engineering and Product, and report delivery outcomes and customer impact to Field Engineering and executive leadership. About You: 10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting roles, with at least 5 years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment. Experience building a team, function, or service line from zero, including hiring, methodology, and operating model. Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure) with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly. Experience building or deploying LLM-powered applications and an understanding of how model behavior shapes product decisions. Commercial acumen: you have scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers and understand utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs. Demonstrated success embedding with customer engineering teams to deliver complex production systems. Bonus If You: Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0. Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company. Have owned a professional services P&L or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch. Are comfortable representing the function externally at conferences, customer executive briefings, or large-scale events. Benefits & Compensation: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. What You Will Do: Design and build V as the primary agentic interface for getting work done across Vercel, from answering questions and analyzing data to executing complex, multi-system workflows. Build the agent architecture that allows V to understand intent, plan work, select the right skills and tools, recover from failures, and complete long-running tasks reliably. Ship polished experiences across Slack, web, and other surfaces, combining natural-language interaction with rich, interactive interfaces when chat alone is not enough. Develop evaluation, observability, and feedback systems that measure whether V’s answers and actions are accurate, useful, efficient, and trustworthy. Establish primitives that make it easy for teams across Vercel to contribute new capabilities without creating fragmented agents or inconsistent user experiences. Help define what it means for a company to be operated through an agent and turn what we learn building V into ideas and infrastructure that can eventually benefit Vercel’s customers. About You: You have 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience and strong TypeScript proficiency. You are comfortable working across product surfaces and system boundaries, from conversational UI and interactive data experiences to APIs, queues, databases, permissions, and production infrastructure. About the Role: We're looking for a leader to build and run Vercel's Product Strategy & Operations function from the ground up. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the EPD organization and works in close partnership with the CPO, EPD Leads, GTM leadership, and Finance. You will own three things above all else: the rigor that makes our high-velocity shipping machine sustainable, the measurement infrastructure that tells us whether our products are succeeding after they launch, and the planning systems that keep our roadmap and revenue plan sharp, funded, and aligned across the company. This is a strategic leadership position for someone who thinks deeply about product markets and business models, builds world-class operating systems, and uses data to drive decisions that matter. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. What You Will Do: Own the EPD rhythm of business: weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes — building minimum viable process for each. Run the ShipOps function to enable Launch Calendar reviews and Vercel’s high velocity “You Can Just Ship Things” approach. Establish a "product landing" framework — a structured post-launch process that goes beyond the ship date to ensure new features and products are actually adopted, drive the intended business outcomes, and generate learnings that feed the next iteration. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to set targets, make plans and execute tactics that drive deal pipeline creation, and user launches and ramps. Develop and maintain competitive intelligence systems that give product leaders a continuously updated view of the market landscape. Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science to ensure the analytical infrastructure (data pipelines, warehouse models, tooling) supports the speed of analysis our business requires. Partner with EPD leads to maintain team health, capacity visibility, and resource allocation so that the right bets are properly staffed and execution risk is surfaced early. About You: 8+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, or a closely adjacent function inside a high-growth technology company. Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences. Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle — you understand how EPD teams plan, build, and ship, and have experience improving those processes. Passion for structuring and solving highly ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution of solutions. Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders. Past experience working at the intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company. Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users. Bonus If You: Background in developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, or platform products — you understand the Vercel customer and can speak credibly about the space. Frequently build your own agents to support workflows and data analyses Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package.
