About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our Growth creative team and drive creative excellence across OpenAI's global growth efforts. This is a generalist creative role for someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, developing concepts, directing agencies, and refining execution. You'll work across B2B and B2C initiatives spanning paid media, social, lifecycle, launches, and emerging opportunities—translating business goals and audience insights into work that is distinctive, effective, and culturally relevant. You'll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Production, and external agencies to raise the quality of our creative output while maintaining the speed and agility required of a high-performing growth organization. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary creative thinker who can move seamlessly between big-picture vision and hands-on problem solving. You understand how to build systems without sacrificing originality, use data without losing intuition, and guide teams toward stronger work through clarity, taste, and collaboration. This role is based in New York with periodic travel to other OpenAI offices. In this role, you will Lead creative direction across growth initiatives by establishing a high bar for storytelling, design, writing, relevance and quality across all outputs. Translate business objectives, audience insights, and performance learnings into clear creative direction and breakthrough ideas. Develop concepts and narratives that can scale globally while remaining relevant to local audiences and cultural contexts. Partner closely with Growth Marketing to shape briefs, identify opportunities, and define creative approaches that balance experimentation with brand integrity. Steer external agencies by setting direction, providing feedback, and ensuring work meets OpenAI's standards for craft, effectiveness, and originality. Help evolve creative processes, frameworks, and systems that enable teams to move faster without compromising quality. Identify patterns in testing, audience behavior, and campaign performance to inform future creative decisions and experimentation. Collaborate closely with designers, writers, motion teams, producers, and strategists to bring integrated ideas to life. Balance long-term thinking with rapid execution, knowing when a project calls for ambitious creative exploration and when it requires pragmatic decision-making. Navigate ambiguity with confidence and act as a trusted creative partner to cross-functional stakeholders. You might thrive in this role if you Have 10+ years of experience in creative roles, including experience leading multidisciplinary work across social, growth and/or integrated marketing. Are a true creative generalist who can think strategically while maintaining strong instincts for execution and craft. Bring demonstrated expertise in social-first creative, with a deep understanding of how ideas translate across platforms, audiences, and evolving behaviors. You know what makes work resonate in-feed and how to balance native platform instincts with brand objectives. Have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative judgment and leadership across a variety of channels and formats. Are comfortable using data, testing, and audience insights to sharpen creative thinking without becoming constrained by them. Have experience working with and directing agencies, and know how to get the best out of external partners. Thrive in fast-moving environments and don't see speed as a trade-off for quality. Are energized by the opportunity to shape how transformative technology is understood and adopted around the world. Nice to Have Experience working across both B2B and consumer audiences. Experience building creative for global markets and navigating localization at scale. Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and emerging creative tools. Experience directing film, photography, creator, or production partners. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier team coordinates how Anthropic's research reaches the market: how we run model launches commercially, how we partner with Capacity teams to allocate a finite compute supply across customers and surfaces, and how we translate what the field learns into reads that Research, Product, Finance, and GTM leadership act on. One tangible example of the work this role will contribute to is new model and product introduction: the end-to-end commercial run of a model, product or capability release, from identifying market opportunities to preparing customer cohorts and the field through to the adoption readout that shapes where we go from there. We are hiring for someone who can run a high-stakes cross-functional program where the bar for execution is sky high, author the strategic analysis and readouts executive leadership needs, and create and optimize repeatable methodologies. This role reports to the Global Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier, and sits at the interface between GTM, Applied AI, Product, Research, Security & Safeguards, Finance, and Compute. Key responsibilities Run launches Serve as GTM DRI for product and model launches: own account selection for pre-launch, coordinate field readiness across scaled pre- and post-sales teams, and run the launch-week operating room with extreme ownership. About the Team The Growth Platforms team builds the systems and operating foundations that help OpenAI grow responsibly. We partner across the product portfolio to connect customer signals, identity and consent, campaign workflows, measurement, and product experiences into an AI-enabled growth engine. Our work helps teams launch, learn, and scale with a high bar for data quality, privacy, reliability, and customer trust. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced marketing technology and operations leader to drive cross-functional work at the intersection of growth, measurement, data, and automation. Your mission will be to turn fragmented tools, signals, and workflows into reliable, measurable, AI-enabled capabilities that teams can use safely at scale. You’ll work across Growth, Marketing Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Revenue Operations, as well as external advertising platforms, measurement providers, and implementation partners. You’ll translate business requirements and privacy constraints into data contracts, integration designs, rollout plans, and reliable first-party data systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who brings structure to ambiguity and moves from event schemas, APIs, and data quality assurance to operating cadences, partner enablement, and executive updates. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with a hybrid office expectation. In this role, you will: Own the operating model for Growth’s marketing technology stack across identity, consent, audiences, activation, measurement, and experimentation. Own and operate the complete paid-media tracking and measurement system, including website pixels, server-to-server conversion events, mobile measurement integrations, identity and consent controls, attribution methods, and timely signal delivery to advertising platforms. Design and implement event schemas, data mappings, APIs, and integrations; validate systems and migrations before and after launch; and monitor and troubleshoot the path from source systems to advertising and measurement platforms. Build AI-enabled and agent-assisted workflows for campaign diagnostics, audience activation, testing, and optimization with appropriate evaluation, human oversight, and control. Establish data quality, observability, governance, risk, escalation, and change-management mechanisms for first-party data and marketing integrations. Use adoption, reliability, incrementality, operator feedback, and business-impact data to improve capabilities and scale what works. You might thrive in this role if you: Have 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth operations, marketing analytics, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles. Have led ambiguous cross-functional systems initiatives through design, launch, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Can evaluate technical architecture decisions and work effectively with engineering teams to improve system reliability, monitoring, and data quality. Are comfortable with enterprise marketing automation and CRM concepts, customer-data platforms, ad platforms, attribution, experimentation, identity, consent, and lifecycle measurement. Can build, test, and ship technical integrations using SQL, coding or scripting, APIs, event models, data pipelines, instrumentation, and debugging tools. Bring an AI-forward mindset and can translate model-powered or agent-assisted ideas into dependable workflows with clear guardrails. Excel at aligning technical and business teams, communicating with executives, and making complex work clear. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Design Systems team creates the foundations that help teams across OpenAI build coherent, high-quality experiences at scale. Accessibility is fundamental to that work. We’re building the shared standards, components, tools, and practices that make inclusive experiences the default across OpenAI’s products and platforms. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead OpenAI’s company-wide accessibility program from within Design Foundations. You’ll pair strategy and organizational influence with hands-on product design—advocating for disabled people, removing barriers across complete customer journeys, and establishing durable ownership throughout the company. This is an opportunity to define accessibility for a new generation of products spanning web, mobile, desktop, voice, AI, and hardware. You’ll help teams consider the many ways people perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with technology, going beyond minimum compliance to create experiences that are genuinely useful and inclusive. Working across design, engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and legal, you’ll make accessibility an expected part of product quality—not a final review or the responsibility of a single expert. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: Define OpenAI’s accessibility strategy, roadmap, governance, priorities, and measures of progress. Design and ship accessible experiences while identifying systemic barriers across complete customer journeys. Build accessibility into our design system through inclusive components, tokens, interaction patterns, Figma libraries, documentation, and engineering guardrails. Center disabled people through participatory research, usability studies, and assistive-technology testing rather than relying solely on assumptions, simulations, or automated tools. Design for permanent, temporary, and situational disabilities, including multiple ways to perceive information, navigate interfaces, understand content, and complete important tasks. Establish practical standards for screen readers, keyboard navigation, focus, reading order, contrast, typography, motion, captions, forms, errors, and multimodal interactions. Lead accessibility audits, remediation priorities, launch readiness, and continuous validation across platforms. Partner with go-to-market, legal, compliance, and product teams on enterprise readiness, accessibility documentation, procurement needs, and customer commitments. Grow company-wide capability through training, critiques, engineering partnerships, and a network of accessibility champions. You might thrive in this role if you: Have led accessibility or inclusive-design work across multiple teams, products, or platforms. Pair deep accessibility expertise with strong interaction design, systems thinking, and a high bar for product craft. Understand the relationship between accessibility, usability, and inclusive design—and know when to go beyond standards to meet real human needs. Have deep practical knowledge of WCAG, assistive technologies, accessible interaction design, and platform-specific standards. Have embedded accessibility into design systems, reusable components, and engineering workflows. Have worked directly with disabled people and translated their experiences into meaningful product and organizational decisions. Can identify assumptions and exclusion within a product journey, then turn those insights into clearer and more flexible ways to interact. Are equally effective setting strategy, designing detailed experiences, and collaborating with engineers through implementation. Can influence across disciplines without direct authority, creating shared accountability without becoming a centralized approval gate. Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! As the Engineering Manager for Observability, you'll lead the team building the systems that show Figma how its platform and its AI products actually behave in production. That spans our core observability stack, meaning metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, as well as a fast-growing new frontier: the AI observability pipeline that turns traces, conversations, and model outputs into the classification and evals that make Figma's AI features measurably better. You'll set strategy across both, raise the bar on instrumentation and data quality, and push into AI-driven approaches to anomaly detection and operational automation. Observability was an unowned space at Figma until recently, so this is a rare chance to shape an early-stage, high-leverage platform that every engineering team here depends on. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Lead and grow a 6 engineer team responsible for the reliability, scalability, and evolution of Figma's observability and AI observability platforms. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 4+ years of experience leading and growing engineering teams in infrastructure, observability, platform, or AI systems, with a track record of delivering reliable production systems at scale. A strong foundation in distributed systems and a platform mindset: you build systems other teams adopt and rely on, not just for your own team. Hands-on depth in observability, AI systems telemetry, or both, whether that means metrics, logs, and distributed tracing, or the traces, classification, and evals that power AI products. Fluency with the modern tooling in your area, such as Datadog, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus, or LLM tracing, prompt and model versioning, and eval workflows. A high operational bar (instrumentation and data quality, SLO design, incident response) and the ability to set technical direction and drive cross-functional alignment in complex environments. While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Breadth across both classic observability and AI observability, or the curiosity to grow into whichever is newer to you. Experience creating AI Telemetry-assisted improvement feedback loops for services, in particular for AI products and features. Experience improving infrastructure efficiency, including cost attribution, forecasting, vendor negotiation, and usage modeling. A track record designing company-wide observability standards, shared libraries, and agent or operator-based integrations. Experience applying AI or machine learning to anomaly detection, root cause analysis, or operational automation. Experience scaling and mentoring high-performing teams through platform expansion or major architectural change. At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go.
