About the team The Investigations team is part of Stripe's Global Financial Crimes Compliance and Risk Oversight ("FinCRO") function and is responsible for conducting investigations across a range of financial crime risk areas which include significant fraud, money laundering, and insider risk investigations. We’re working to make sure the portfolio of technologies needed to radically reduce the burden of respiratory viruses exists. We have two main focus areas: air-cleaning technologies (ACT’s) and broad-spectrum preventatives (BSPs). For BSPs, our goal is to advance 2+ products that meet our target product profile through Phase 2. We make both grants and investments, using the most capital-efficient tool to advance our target product profile. The International Accounting Manager for the Controllership function will supervise and evaluate a number of legal entity controllership processes and have experience implementing new systems and tools. This position will suit a person who is a hands-on manager and excited to assist in managing the monthly close, statistical reporting, compliances, coordinating with the board to adopt and approve financial statements, indirect tax filings, cash flow forecasting, intercompany accounting, statutory reporting, consolidation, and audits of all our international subsidiaries and branches.
